Plan:

Is 7pm too late on a Friday night for a workout? Last week we only had 1 taker, we'll see what this week looks like.

Plan:

9am:

400m Run
21/18/15/12/9/6/3 reps of [MB Cleans, Sumo Deadlift Highpull]
400m Run

Jenn (12lb, 24kg):
Leanne (8lb, 16kg):
Gina (12lb, 20kg):

7pm (yeah! more than 1 person showed up):

1000m Row
35 Wall Ball Shots
21 Knees to Elbows
750m Row
30 Wall Ball Shots
18 Knees to Elbows
500m Row
25 Wall Ball Shots
15 Knees to Elbows
250m Row
20 Wall Ball Shots
12 Knees to Elbows

Cody (CrossFit Seattle athlete, stayed after their 6pm workout because he wanted a tough metabolic workout) (12lb): 27:27
Vlad (20lb): 31:20
Rebecca (12lb): 39:51
Rene (Note only 1 E on the end) (12lb, reduced volume): 40:21
Christina (12lb): 43:05

CrossFit's definiton of fitness has recently been condensed to "increased work capacity across broad TIME and modal domains". If workouts like Fran represent the short end of the time domain, what does the other end look like? How long is too long?

Reason I voted yes on your poll (in case it doesn't tell you who voted): I like working out in an actual gym instead of outside (Saturday at B&C's was hot and ouch-ful on the concrete) and right now it doesn't interfere with my classes (like the evening ones do.)
