Calling All Fremont CrossFitters!

Plan:

We've found the perfect space, but we have a problem: it's too big. It's an 8,000sqft warehouse on the corner of N. 34th Street and Woodland Park Ave. N. with ~24' ceilings, 2 huge roll-up doors, and 2 bathrooms. I spoke with the owner today, and he wants to work with us on finding a way to get us into this building. He proposes that we find a co-tenant to split the warehouse in half with to make it affordable. He said he will help find someone, but the onus is on us to make this happen, and we've got 3 weeks to get it done.
